Cancellation by the client:

In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training course or a place on a training course with Align Ergonomics (The Company), a written request should be submitted by email to stuart@alignergonomics.co.uk. Confirmation of receipt will be acknowledged by return email. 

Refunds are as set out below:

• Less than 7 calendar days’ notice, no refund.
• 7 to 28 calendar days’ notice, 50% refund.
• More than 28 calendar days’ notice, full refund.
   

Cancellation by The Company:

The Company reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient numbers 14 calendar days prior to the event taking place. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees. The Company is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled. If a training course is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
